SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We are a Singapore-registered company with fulfilment handled in Australia, serving both domestic and international customers.

At Vita Buy, we prioritise delivering our products to you as quickly as possible because we know when you make the decision to make a change to your wellbeing - you want to get started as soon as possible! To ensure this, we use Australia Post Express Shipping for all shipments and orders are shipped each business day following the day of placing your order.

Express Post typically arrives within 2-3 business days within Australia depending on where you are based. **Please note - Any delays due to Australia Post internal policies or shipping timeframe is out of our control. You can however track your order once we email the tracking number, make an account with Australia Post for automatic shipping updates, nominate where to leave your parcels etc. Any follow ups, delayed deliveries or missing parcels should be done directly with Australia Post. Your express shipment includes a standard $100 insurance value which you are entitled to directly through Australia Post should your parcel go missing deemed lost by Australia Post. We have no involvement in this, it is the receiver entitled to this claim.

For International Shipping we cannot guarantee a timeframe but a tracking number will be provided for you to track your parcel. **Please note - we cannot determine customs outcomes. Should your order be detained by customs, Vita Buy will not be able to re-ship or provide a refund. Ordering will be at the customers risk entirely. That said, we do ship our products with a standard description of “Beauty Treatment” for all our product orders overseas.

For Domestic orders under $130, we charge a flat rate of $14.99 for Express Shipping, while orders over $130 qualify for FREE shipping! For international orders we have applied a standard flat rate of $35 for all countries listed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If your order arrives damaged or faulty or with a broken seal, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it emailing a photo of the damage. You will need to return the damaged or faulty items to us at your expense. Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will issue a full refund, store credit, or ship a replacement at our cost.

Due to hygiene considerations for perishable goods, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is damaged or faulty.

 

We also cannot provide refunds for a change of mind, due to delayed shipping timeframes, accidental purchases or based on individual results - as outcomes will hugely vary based on personal factors; current health, any pre-existing health issues, environment, lifestyle and diet.
